O lord Padmanabha.
With one hand thrown to side,
with laxmi at your feet,
with brahma near the navel,
With siva under ur hand,
with the devathas to your side,

Is it ecstacy over the perfection of your creation,
Is it the reclusion of the temple ,
Is it the bhakthi of ur people,
Is it the quiteness of the history,
Or Is it paintings of the yore,

what is it ..Oh what it !!
that brings a smile to thine lips..?
what is it O padmanabha ,
that two lonely travellers found peace in your abode.
